Kiosk-grade builds — auto-launching Chrome, idle-warning resets, on-screen keyboards (kioskboard), gesture lockdown, 4K touchscreens, PWA installs — are how Remiam delivers public-facing software that runs unattended for a season at a venue. Each kiosk app is hardened against the failure modes that actually happen on the floor: someone unplugs the network, a visitor pinch-zooms, a kid hammers the buttons. The Landmark Quiz, Reaction Pad, Field Discovery, the Vegas Activation Suite, and the Cipher Room iPads all run as kiosks.
Reaction Pad
A modern take on the Batak reaction-tap challenge, built for the internal events of a major global payment network. Targets light up across a 4K portrait screen, players tap them as fast as they can, scores hit a live leaderboard, and a local sync server keeps the kiosk usable even when venue wifi can't be trusted.
The Landmark Quiz
A permanent touchscreen quiz kiosk Remiam built for a central London heritage venue. Adult and kids modes, timed rounds, randomised answers, real-time analytics, full kiosk lock-down for unattended public use, and a built-in editor so the venue's team can update questions without involving us.
Winner Stays
A winner-stays-on swipe-quiz platform. Two options face off, the audience swipes away the one they don't want, the survivor goes up against the next challenger — last one standing wins. Quizzes are authored on the fly with bespoke designs per quiz, a labelling + attribute backend captures rich data behind every choice, live leaderboards run on big screens, and the whole thing works offline-first then syncs to the cloud.
